Whoever had the idea who transliterate القذافي as al-Qadhdhafi should be shot. Like yeah but it’s ““technically”” right if you transliterate on a letter-by-letter basis, but it’s impossible to read or pronounce in English and any reader is just going to trip over those letters or glaze over it. As a side note, the book itself is quite good.
