This short novella is a blast. It doesn’t feel like anything too deep, but it’s fun and easy to read. The ending makes me think it was meant as a one-off that simply got popular enough for Martha Wells to keep going. I’m glad to keep reading them, and to see how our friend the Murderbot develops.
