Fleet Foxes. The record that inaugurated the indie folk phenomenon. I never was too fond of indie folk, but I do love this album.

The most popular song here is “White Winter Hymnal,” but the entire album is incredible. It has a je ne sais quo that I could listen to over and over again. Honestly, that’s all I can say about it, other than that it evokes nostalgia for something that never existed.
