I picked up this album because I’m a big fan of Fairuz, and I saw that her incredible “Kan endena tahoun sahar el laialy” is on here.
Little did I know: this is a full musical in two discs. There are long segments of spoken lines, but the music on it is largely really good. I was especially impressed by “Kanou ya habiby.”
